who is ferdi?

noteably, my name is not ferdi. surprise!

I am an english expat who has been happily residing in toronto for just over a decade now. I have been working in the food industry since i was 13, and have loved every second of it (as much as anyone can love working overtime in a sweaty noisy kitchen!)

my goal with ferdi’s is to bring what i miss from home to toronto. using my swiss and british roots, i want to create honest, uncomplicated food.
